Diurnal Temperature Difference
The increase in temperature in recent decades has involved a
faster rise in daily minimum
(0.2ēC/decade) than daily maximum temperature (0.1ēC/day) in many continental regions. This
gives a decrease in the diurnal temperature range (DTR) in many parts of
the world.
